10m platform men

After the men opened the day in the preliminaries from the platform, they were also the ones who ended the 64th International Divers Day and the 25th FINA Diving Grand Prix.

In the morning, we saw exciting preliminaries and semi-finals and that's exactly how the day ended. The six finalists fought for the crown from the 10m platform until the very end, all of them showing the judges and guests 6 dives from 6 different diving groups and no restriction in terms of difficulty.
Victor Minibaev from Russia showcased the most difficult diving sequence. The youngest competitor was 13-year-old Oleksii Sereda from Ukraine. All in all, the seven judges had to rate 36 dives.

In the end, Victor Minibaev's difficult sequence paid off and he won the gold medal with 483.75  points. Silber goes to Song Yuan from China with 482.95 points. Oleksii Sereda from Ukraine, the youngest athlete of the competition, won the Bronze medal with 453.75  points.

Congratulations to all athletes!

And what would the International Divers Day without our Funny Divers, who once more raised the roof with their incredibly brave and equally crazy show for young and old.

Thank you to all visitors. We can't wait to see you all again in 2020 for our big jubilee and the 65th International Divers Day, here in Rostock!
